Hot Berry Retail is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). It may also be possible that courier/parcel may not reach customers though order is taken. In that case customer is liable for refund within 15 days after delivery time.


Hot Berry Retail is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. However customer is liable for refund in some genuine cases. While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.


Free Shipping for orders above value Rs 1000 for prepaid orders and Rs 2000 for COD orders. Cash on Delivery option available and orders above Rs 350 will be accepted. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.


Orders are shipped within 3-10 working days in India or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.


What are the delivery charges?


Delivery charge varies with each Shipment depending upon the location. However we have waved off shipping for order above 1000.00 INR in case of prepaid customers.

We generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.


Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors:

• The offering the product

• Product's availability with the us

• The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.


Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by us?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase through our site Theayurvedicmall.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.


Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

• Whether the Seller ships to your location

• Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

• The availability of reliable courier partners in your location

At times we don’t prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.

Why about CoD option? In which location it would be available.

Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.

Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit.
